Tilde Guajardo is a serial entrepreneur, TEDx Speaker, a global mentor, an author, and also an investor. She teaches others how to use challenge to create change and turn pain into power, as well as turning fear into inspired action.
Generally, it is not productive or helpful to think about traits or behaviors as inherently “feminine” or “masculine.” People of all genders can exhibit a wide range of characteristics and behaviors, and it is important to recognize and value the strengths and contributions of people of all genders in the workplace.
That being said, some people may find it helpful to consider the qualities that are often associated with masculine or feminine energy and how they can be harnessed in a business setting. For example, qualities that are often associated with feminine energy include collaboration, empathy, and intuition, while qualities associated with masculine energy include assertiveness, decisiveness, and competitiveness. Both types of energy can be valuable in different situations and for different tasks.
Ultimately, the most important thing is to be authentic and to bring your full, authentic self to your work, regardless of gender.
