In this online session, Carlos will share a series of basic tools that will allow you to get by in the early stages of a business venture, learning concepts such as commercial register, deed, articles of association, or even preparing to receive external financing, learning concepts such as shareholders’ agreement, round of financing, and drag along.
The session is targeted at early-stage startup founders and entrepreneurs. The duration is 45 minutes.
